  Why are my confirmation not available for selection when I select Initiate?

  Answer:

Once an “as of date” is selected, confirmations that are not pending at a financial institution for a client will appear in the selection box for initiation. Requests that do not appear in the box have possibly already been initiated and are pending at the financial institution. Another reason could be due to a client signer authorisation attached to specific forms still needing to be signed and returned to requesting auditor. Until authorisation has been received back from client signer, these forms will not be available for selection in the initiate confirmations area of a client profile.
