Yes. Confirmations that are Pending and are not being actively processed by the Responder can be recalled. From the client's Status log, select the Pending option, and then from the Action list drop down located at the base of the grid. Pending confirmations that are eligible for recall will be selectable using the checkboxes to the left of the status column. Select the confirmations to recall and select the submit button. If you are not able to select the confirmation, it is no longer eligible for recall and is being actively processed by the Responder. Successfully recalled confirmations will receive a full credit.
