Editing Authorised Signer DetailsPublished: 08/15/2016
Users can edit client signer details by following the below guide. This is especially useful when responders deny requests due to incorrect signer. Users can amend the signer's details, reassign the forms and request approval from the new signer prior to resubmitting the bank confirmations.
- Click on the authorised signer's name in the Client Profile block.
- Edit the details and click save.
